Jurnal Al-Dustur is a Scientific Journal published by Department of Constitutional Law in Postgraduate Program of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Bone as a media of publishing and sharing the research about Islamic Studies and Jurisprudence. This journal contains articles that have never been previously published in the form of articles from research or applied research. All submitted articles will go through "peer-review process" after fulfilling the requirements according to the article writing guidelines. The publication of this journal is biannually on June and December.

Jurnal Al-Dustur has been indexed by both National and International Indexing Organizations. Since 2018, this journal has achieved a Sinta 4 ranking, which was later updated in 2023 based on Decree No. 79/E/KPT/2023 issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. At the international level, the journal has been indexed in DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) since 2020, and make it the first journal from the State Islamic Institute of Bone (IAIN Bone) to be indexed by this organization.
